Director

Jerry co-founded JCAP Limited in 2009. He has worked in interest rate related roles all his career including 18 years working at ICAP in London. He also co-founded the Channel Islands Treasurers Association in 2017, where he was the first Chairman and now acts as Treasurer.

Andy Skimmings

Director

Since completing his education at Queen Mary College, London, he has been employed in the Jersey Finance Industry for over 30 years.

He held Treasury positions at both ANZ Grindlays Bank (now Standard Chartered Bank) and Nedbank CI.

For the last 15 years he was employed as Treasurer, at BNP Paribas Jersey Branch. Responsible for managing the Bank’s balance sheet and Foreign Exchange exposure, as well as Institutional Sales of both Money Market and FX services, to predominantly offshore clients.

He has joined JCAP, to further increase their Business development capability.

Zack Morgan

Treasury Analyst

Zack has since a young age had a keen interest in the financial markets and finished his formal education from Hautlieu School with A-Levels in Business, Finance and Mathematics before joining Elise (Jersey) Limited as a Junior Trading Risk Manager. He stayed in this role for approximately a year and a half, during this time he spent some time with tutors from Kings College London leaning about options market making and pricing contracts for differences. From here Zack joined Jcap in February 2020 as a Treasury Analyst and has been with us for two years. Zack is currently studying towards CISI IAD Level 4 with a long term goal of eventually studying for the CFA exams. In Zacks personal time he has a keen interest in sports such as boxing and football, he also enjoys other hobbies such as cooking and music..

Martin Mallet

Treasury / Business Analyst

Martin serves as a Treasury Analyst at JCAP, where he plays a pivotal role in supporting the Treasury team with data analysis and researching banks. Martin delivers insightful analysis to the team using proprietary research and external data.

With over 14 years of experience in financial services, Martin’s career is marked by his expertise and dedication. Prior to joining JCAP, he spent 7 years as an IT and Operations Officer at Union Bancaire Privée, providing valuable operational support from IT to compliance and private banking. His tenure also includes roles in trust, further enriching his industry knowledge and insights.

His commitment to continuous learning and depth of experience makes him a valuable asset to the Concentric team, ensuring thorough research and informed recommendations for clients in the dynamic field of Treasury consultancy.

Gordon Bennie

Director

Gordon is the Chief Executive and co-founder of Concentric Group, overseeing the Jersey and Guernsey investment analysis and advice activities from the Jersey HQ.

Gordon’s career path began in advisory practices in Jersey, where he honed his expertise before joining Enhance Group. During his 6-year tenure at Enhance, Gordon engineered the service offering we know within Concentric as “Strategic” and served as Managing Director of Enhance Wealth Consultancy, overseeing a team of investment consultants. Gordon was also a Director of the London business and has extensive experience of multi-jurisdictional regulatory processes establishing the international regulated profile for the business, which during his tenure had offices in London, Gibraltar, Cayman, Switzerland and Singapore.

At Concentric, Gordon holds several Board positions, leads various teams and has overall responsibility for the management and strategic direction of the Group businesses. His leadership is instrumental in guiding the firm’s operations and maintaining its high standards of client service. In addition to his executive duties, Gordon manages a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth clients, leveraging his extensive experience of over 23 years in financial services.

Gordon’s professional credentials include being a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and a Chartered Wealth Manager. His deep knowledge and hands-on experience in advising private clients, charities, trustees, and corporate entities underscore his commitment to excellence and client-centric service delivery at Concentric.

Iain Walker

Director

Iain is the Finance Director for the Concentric Group and the CFO/COO for TEAM plc, where he oversees all financial and operational aspects of both the business and the wider Group. He brings over 23 years of experience in law and finance, with a broad range of multi-jurisdictional expertise, having worked in the UK, Guernsey, Jersey, and the British Virgin Islands.

Iain holds an Honours Degree in Business, as well as legal qualifications including a Postgraduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course (LPC) from Nottingham Law School. He is also a qualified accountant (FCCA).

His experience spans audit, accounting, funds, private equity, corporate services, and legal practice—demonstrating a diverse and well-rounded skill set.

Outside of work, Iain enjoys travelling, spending time with his family, coaching his two sons in cricket and football, and honing his cooking skills. He is also a former Ironman competitor, having completed four races, and continues to enjoy leading an active lifestyle.
