Jeremiah O’Keeffe
Director
Jerry co-founded JCAP Limited in 2009. He has worked in interest rate related roles all his career including 18 years working at ICAP in London. He also co-founded the Channel Islands Treasurers Association in 2017, where he was the first Chairman and now acts as Treasurer.
Mark Clubb
Director
Born in Preston, Lancashire, England in 1960, Mark has a BA (Hons) degree in Economics and Business Studies, CISI level 6 in Private Client Investment Advice and Management and ICA Advanced Certificate in Compliance. Mark began his career in 1981 at the London-based internationally respected firm of stockbrokers, Hoare Govett. Starting as a company analyst, Mark went on to build a 27-year career in investment banking. During this time, he would go on to hold various senior management roles working for UBS Philips and Drew and BZW (latterly Credit Suisse First Boston).
Matthew Moore
Director
Matthew has a wealth of experience in senior leadership and financial roles, having been CFO at Close Investments, CFO and COO at Origen Financial Services (an Aegon group company) and most recently CFO and COO at Ascot Lloyd, a vertically integrated UK wealth management firm founded by Oaktree, a leading private equity investor. Matthew brings significant acquisition and integration expertise to TEAM. He was responsible for acquisitions at Bellpenny, and subsequently Ascot Lloyd, and previously worked in the acquisitions team at Close Wealth Management, prior to which he held various roles in M&A at Commerzbank Securities and ING Barings.
Daniel Price
Treasury / Business Analyst
Daniel previously worked as a Select Advisor for Santander, moving to the position of Wealth Associate for the Royal Bank of Canada. Joining JCAP/Team Asset Management at the start of 2022. Daniel brings previous experience and skills in wealth management into the Treasury role, helping JCAP clients to manage cash and monitor counterparty risk. Daniel holds a BA Hons in Professional musicianship, and is currently studying towards an IT, Computing & Mathematics Degree. Daniel has a keen interest in applying computing & mathematics to finance to extract insight and apply optimisation solutions.
Andy Skimmings
Treasury Manager
Since completing his education at Queen Mary College, London, he has been employed in the Jersey Finance Industry for over 30 years.
He held Treasury positions at both ANZ Grindlays Bank (now Standard Chartered Bank) and Nedbank CI.
For the last 15 years he was employed as Treasurer, at BNP Paribas Jersey Branch. Responsible for managing the Bank’s balance sheet and Foreign Exchange exposure, as well as Institutional Sales of both Money Market and FX services, to predominantly offshore clients.
He has joined JCAP, to further increase their Business development capability.
Zack Morgan
Treasury Analyst
Zack has since a young age had a keen interest in the financial markets and finished his formal education from Hautlieu School with A-Levels in Business, Finance and Mathematics before joining Elise (Jersey) Limited as a Junior Trading Risk Manager. He stayed in this role for approximately a year and a half, during this time he spent some time with tutors from Kings College London leaning about options market making and pricing contracts for differences. From here Zack joined Jcap in February 2020 as a Treasury Analyst and has been with us for two years. Zack is currently studying towards CISI IAD Level 4 with a long term goal of eventually studying for the CFA exams. In Zacks personal time he has a keen interest in sports such as boxing and football, he also enjoys other hobbies such as cooking and music..
